A BILL to repeal section three-ff, article one, chapter seven
of the code of West Virginia, one thousand nine hundred
thirty-one, as amended, relating to the authority of
counties to repair, close or demolish dwellings or
buildings.
Be it enacted by the Legislature of West Virginia:
ARTICLE 1. COUNTY COMMISSIONS GENERALLY.
§1. Repeal of section relating to authorizing counties to
repair, close or demolish dwellings or buildings.
Section three-ff, article one, chapter seven of the code of
West Virginia, one thousand nine hundred thirty-one, as amended,
is hereby repealed.
NOTE: The purpose of this bill is to repeal West Virginia
Code §7-1-3ff which authorizes counties to repair, close or
demolish dwellings or buildings.
